This is one trick I've been really excited to share with the world.

It's sort of a master of illusion, if you will, because it is so simple, the steps it takes.

So see it's spinning counterclockwise to my left, and I'm reaching out with my right arm first.

And then the contact, my right arm made with the hoop right after the flip,

is what gives the hoop its momentum to keep spinning.
