The scene that you show here is an interesting one.  Laura said that Naomi (having earlier survived her first Girl-Girl on camera) was much more relaxed in this one, later in the filming.  MULHOLLAND is a classic ... I've done a lot of reading about the film, and seen several interviews with the cast.  Of this scene, Naomi said that she was hesitant and scared to perform the two "contact" moments, but that Laura coached her and encouraged her all the way, while David (Lynch) sat back and said nothing ... Great Stuff ! I believe I've seen the film 5 times so far ... I am still mystified ...

Hands down the most sensuous Girl-Girl discovery scene in a mainstream film -- EVER.   Mulholland continues to mystify, and this scene lives on ..... mmmmmmmm
